Russia Today yesterday featured an article and powerful video interview with Pete Eyre, Ademo’s co-founder of CopBlock.org. Ironically, the article appeared alongside a report that a federal appeals court in California had dismissed a lower court’s award of damages to individuals who had been illegally wiretapped by the US government. The ruling effectively gives full immunity to the US government to telephonically spy on civilians as it pleases. Aside from RT, the only somewhat mainstream publication to report on the ruling was Reason’s Hit & Run blog.
