Iraq War Veteran Booted from Manchester Freedom Summit

2014_04_12_carrotsbanned1Donning a t-shirt that read, “I DO NOT SUPPORT THE TROOPS” on the front and, “MILITARY MEN ARE PAID KILLERS” on the rear, Manchester area activist Liberty Carrots was ejected by police at the republican sponsored “Freedom Summit“, which saw host to many national level politicians and pundits. It appears that Carrots was initially interviewing on camera event attendees outside of the front door of the venue when a woman approaches him and asks to speak with him. He states his desire to conclude the interview he was conducting when police approach him and order him off of the property. While walking away, an officer places himself very close to the retreating videographer, stepping on his shoes and even grabbing his camera and forcefully lowering it. When this behavior is verbally protested, it appears to cease. Carrots engages in a few arguments with disgruntled event attendees as he reaches his vehicle under police supervision. Thanks to WeAreChangeNH for capturing the scene on video.
